Kal\u0101kaua Gardens employees, residents, families and friends will be there for a morning of fun and fellowship as we take brief stroll around Magic Island. The opening ceremony begins at 8:30 am and the walk begins at 9:00 am.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Promise Garden Flower<\/strong><br \/>\nEach registered participant will receive a Promise Garden flower. Please choose the color that best represents your connection to the disease.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Blue<\/span> <\/strong>represents someone living with Alzheimer&#8217;s or another dementia.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Purple<\/span> <\/strong>is for those who have lost someone to the disease.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">Yellow<\/span> <\/strong>represents someone who is currently supporting or caring for a person living with Alzheimer&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Orange<\/span><\/strong> is for those who support the cause and the Alzheimer\u2019s Association&#8217;s vision of a world without Alzheimer&#8217;s and all other dementia.For more information about the walk, click here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Register before October 24, 2025!<\/strong><br \/>\nA free Kal\u0101kaua Gardens t-shirt, bento and bottled water will be given to all walkers who join the Kal\u0101kaua Gardens team on the day of the event. Register and complete a standard waiver for the walk by October 24, 2025.
